Dante's View

Dante’s View has a 5,457 feet displacement

over the Death Valley floor (282 feet below

sea level).  That elevation change gives

visitors a fantastic vantage point over

the valley, being able to view the salt

pans at the base, snow at the peaks of

the Panamint Mouintains, and even the

Sierra Nevadas, on a clear day!
