A block of 25 rooms has been reserved at the Lawrence Berkeley Lab Guest House. Please make your reservations prior to March 12, 2012, by obtaining a reservation form from Mitch Withers (mwithers [at] memphis.edu).
Rooms will be $119 per night, single occupancy. $129/night double occupancy. There are no extra taxes or fees, since LBL is "federal".
The block of 25 rooms is being held until 2 weeks before the meeting. If people try to make reservations afterwards and there are still rooms available, they will get the same rate.
The LBL shuttle runs 6:30am to 6:50pm to Downtown Berkeley. See the web for details.
The meeting is scheduled during the UCB spring break so parking should be available. Check here for visitor lots.
Please see the announcement describing the workshop.
Limited travel support is available to ANSS funded regional seismic networks. Network managers should send an email to Mitch Withers (mwithers [at] memphis.edu) that contains the names, email adresses, affiliations, and estimated travel costs for up to two people for home they seek travel support. The deadline is January 31, 2012.
