An email was sent to those with travel support. Please comply with the instructions in that email as soon as possible. You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations and will use the USGS travel agent for your plane ticket. Note that it may be easier to fly into Ontario or Burbank to get to Pasadena rather than LAX. Unsupported participants should make their arrangements at their earliest convenience and comply with their institution's policies.
