The top priority is always repair of down stations.

The fish fry will be Friday May 6.
The annual White River fishing trip is April 21-24; Jim will be out.
Mitch submitted list of potential projects for 2022 DM: SLU O&M, SFTN power, and 4 remaining AG upgrades.
NetOpsXII will be hosted by Caltech the last week of October or first week of November. It will be focused on software development.
Have initial path profiles from ISTI for the NM node. Need to provide feedback. Should 2.4Ghz instead of 5GHz be used? Need a summarizing recommendation on which technologys works best where along with how to avoid interference.
Have a prototupe ezworm installed on rhydra1. Steve and James take a look to evaluate. Looks like a very nice interface to ease the pain of adminstering our complex earthworm network.
ISIS5 upgrades are complete. Two loose ends remain:
Upgraded TYAR from ISIS2 to ISIS3
Decommission CWPT.
MPHB continues to hang; it's an old serial to inernet DM24 system. The sensor hasn't been calibrated in three decades and has been in the borehole for nearly two of them. It is not being archived at IRIS and there is no metadata (Mitch has the original Guralp documentation though it is likely no longer accurate). We discussed whether to turn it off. It doesn't cost anything though isn't useful either. It is a nice borehole in a very noisy location so also not particularly useful from a monitoring perspective. It can be obsolesced as time permits.
WALK needs to move, Dave has a new site selected.
STAM needs to move. Landowner is prepping a new site for us.
HOVM has telemetry interference at the Luxora repeater. No good workaround. Convert it to digital.

DBB:
SFTN needs improvements in backup power. Line power is supplied by the no-longer occupied residence owned by the University. We hook in at a circuit box in a nearby shed. Need to add more battery and solar to last up to a week. Mitch will add this to the 2022 DM request.
MKTA:
LNXT:
Need to replace the feedline between the tank and generator.

NC is next up for digital conversions. These will all be Geobit/Trammel Links. Dave and Pat will coordinate a trip to assist John the week of 4/18.
RCGA needs to move. John found a City Park in Chattannooga that is a former ammo dump. He's trying to get a permission to do a noise study to relocate the station into one of the bunkers. The city is willing to let us use the park internet.
TRYN needs to move to be upgraded to digital. PARI is a go. Need to order a 36" vault for the S-13's with an eye toward upgrading in the future. PAIR would also like to display the UofM logo on their website and a UofM flag on their driveway. Mitch will look into it. PARI Logo Page
Replacement station for GTTN and RBNC needs a new plan. A cell modem would provide more options.
WSNC needs a new Centaur. Apparently the same lightning that caused problems with the
internet host also took out the Centaur ethernet. This is a depot replacement.

STAR Node
GRBT and DYTN are Tramell links to single radio at Star Mt. The signal fades causing outages in the morning. It isn't likely to get better. The DYTN path is long but solid. Is long and has obstacles. We can either switch DYTN to a 900M link or GRBT to a cell modem. Mitch approved a cell modem.
The PC is no longer needed at STAR except for SOH. But those weren't working when the crew was there last month for Centaur upgrades.
John will send the STAR SOH hardware to James to figure out how to send alarms. If this isn't in production soon, we're going to bail and get something off the shelf. The GX620's need to be retired.
Move PMTN due to excessive noise and vandalism. The new site, CATN, is permitted and ready to install.
HPNC Node
Convert all HPNC stations to digital using Geobits and Trammel Links.
MTTN Node Move the atom to the host's rack and remove our rack.
Pat is prepping the enclosures. There are 8 of them to replace. ARML and RLAP get new solar. Bob got a 2 month extension to the funding. This is Done.
Two current outages: MAIR and NMKM. Both likely need a site visit.
Vault at Z41A to be replaced using 2021 DM. Expires June 30.
WHAR can be put back on the local network.
X901 New property owner is willing to sign and MOU with AGS to leave the station until 2030.
We have five spare 24" strongmotion vaults. Two of them may be used to harden X901 and X702. X901 also needs a cattle guard. AGS has RISC funding that may be used for field work by Sep 30. Also need to swap out the borrowed cell modems with ones purchased by AG.
