Bob Herrman provided the attached document to help us calibrate the network based on data from the 7.9 Alaska earthquake. He's using the seismograms processed the same way as he does for calculating the Mwr so it only applies to amplitudes (not first motions) for the broadband and strongmotion stations. The channels that need to have metadata reviewed and verified are: PWLA.HN? about a factor of 3 greater than they should be. NAIT about 40 times smaller than they should be. CLTN.HN about 10^-6 too small. Either that or the CLTN.HH are 10^6 too big LNXT.HN?.NM.00 about 8 times too big. HDAR2.HN?.NM.10 horizontal channels appear to be unresponsive. HDAR2.HH?.NM.20 all three components appear to be unresponsive.
