B. S. Earth Sciences

A proposed curriculum

from the

Department of Earth Sciences Undergraduate Curriculum Committee

Mike Ellis (coChair), Arleen Hill (coChair), Lensyl Urbano, David Dye (Stephen Cole), Randy Cox

These web pages provide the basic outline and justification (with varying degrees of detail) for the structure and design of the proposed curriculum. Please remember that this is provided to you as a model only, a basis for discussion. The success of the curriculum (from all points of view) depends entirely on your input.

By now, you will have been introduced to the site and to the outline. Now please take the time to look over this carefully and submit ideas, suggestions, be they fine-tuning or radical notions. Everything we receive will be seriously considered. Things that we do not receive will not be considered!

Our guiding principles - please do read this.
